The City Council introduced an ordinance Wednesday night to adopt the city's medical marijuana guidelines.
The ordinance will be formally adopted at the council's Nov. 19 meeting.
The council also held a public meeting on the Trillium Creek development. Community Development Director Larry Oetker said the developers did not submit the necessary materials in time for the Wednesday's meeting, so the staff requested more time to look at the project.
He said the project will be brought back on Nov. 19, as well. Oetker said the council wants to be able to take care of both issues before a new council is sworn in on Dec. 9.
