Medical Marijuana activist Scott Bledsoe of Crestline was arrested by
San Bernardino Police on 7/31/2009 at 6:27pm for driving while under the
influence of marijuana.
Copies of the arrest report obtained by RIMOFTHEWORLD. net alleged that
Bledsoe admitted to the arresting officer that he had smoking marijuana
just prior to being stopped by the San Bernardino Police motorcycle
officer and that he was a medical marijuana patient. The arrest report
also indicates that Bledsoe allegedly showed signs of intoxication
during the field sobriety test. He was arrested and booked into the
Central Detention Center on a charge of CVC 23151(a) of the California
Vehicle code.
Bledsoe is not new to the news. He filed a law suit against the County
of San Bernardino to force the county to issue medical marijuana ID
cards to patients who have a valid prescription issued by a licensed
medical doctor under the provisions of proposition 215 voted in by
California voters.
Bledsoe's website contains information and links on the cultivation, and
harvest of hallucinogenic Magic mushrooms (Psilocybin mushrooms) and
indicates a history of arrest in the state of Florida. In his online
comments, Bledsoe has commented that he is hoping to open a medical
marijuana facility in the mountain communities.
